Organic Tamari Soy Sauce

It is a tamari that is denser than those from other brands and has more flavor (for example, the one from the Veritas brand is more watery and less intense), but it has less flavor than others (the Tamari Strong from Terrasana, which is super powerful and with a lot of flavor). I use it as a substitute for soy sauce in sushi and rice dishes, or for sauces that need less "concentrated" flavor. Recommendable.

Es un tamari que es mas denso que los de otras marcas y tiene mas sabor (por ejemplo el de la marca veritas es mas aguado y menos intenso), pero tiene menos sabor que otros (el Tamari Strong de Terrasana, que es super potente y con muchisimo sabor). Lo uso como sustituto de la salsa de soja en sushi y en arroces, o para salsas que necesitan menos "concentrado" el sabor. Recomendable.
